" The race of truth " Time Trialling offers an addictive challenge and remains the most popular way to cycle race in Britain. The joy of time trialling is that, by and large, whenever you ride a time trial you come back with a result of some kind, which means something to you.
Time Trial racing in Spalding
The flat roads of Lincolnshire offer some of the best time trialling venues in the country. Spalding Cycling Club runs a weekly 10 mile time trial from April - September. The club meets at 1830 outside the Fisherman's Arms Public House at Pode Hole.
LRRA
Lincolnshire runs it's own time trial league called the LRRA. This offers riders the chance to compete against other riders in the county at open events. The LRRA hold championship events at 10miles, 25 miles, 30miles, 50miles, 100miles, 12hours, and 24hour.
LRRA BEST ALL ROUNDER
The LRRA short distance best all rounder is taken from the 10mile, 25mile and 50 mile championship times.
The LRRA Long distance best all rounder is taken from the 50mile, 100mile and 12hour championship times.
